International Careers Fair 2017

By Aoileann Ní Bhroin

The Public Appointments Service and the Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade will host the International Careers Fair 2017 on Thursday, December 7th, at The Printworks, Dublin Castle. The Fair will be open from 10am – 4pm.

This unique event will serve as an extraordinary opportunity to meet with HR professionals and recruiters from the European Union, the United Nations system, International Financial Institutions, Irish Government Departments, and other non-profit organizations. This event offers an unprecedented opportunity for those interested in careers in the international arena.

This Careers Fair is made possible by virtue of the annual International Organizations Career Development Roundtable coordinated by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), which is taking place in Dublin in early December.

The event will also be of interest to students and graduates of politics, international relations, languages and other related arts courses. A number of exhibiting organisations have also expressed a desire to engage with candidates who have a background in business, accounting, finance and the ‘hard’ sciences.
