Irish HEIs will be able to send and receive students and staff from Serbia in 2019 under E+ KA103

The European Commission from 2019 call, Serbia will be a Programme Country and can participate in both KA103 (with other Programme Countries) and KA107 (with Partner Countries).

The status of Serbia as Partner Country does not change in the ongoing ICM projects and Serbia cannot participate in KA103 projects before the 2019 call.
