Incoming Erasmus Participants worth over €12m to Austrian Economy

In 2014, 14,000 incoming participants under the Erasmus Programme spent periods in Austria.  According to a study commissioned by the Austrian Erasmus+ National Agency – OeAD-GmbH, the value added effect to the economy was of the order of €12.4m, even after correcting for outgoing participants and other aspects.
