Intra-Africa academic mobility scheme call 2019

The EACEA has launched a new Call for Proposals for the intra-Africa academic mobility scheme. As the name suggests this is not a programme for mobility to or from Europe. But institutions from the EU may take part as a technical partner in these intra-African mobility partnerships.
