The European Commission has launched a Photo Competition to celebrate the 10 million learners who have benefited since the Erasmus+ Programme began in 1987.
Through this competition, Erasmus+ would like to honour the participants by taking a look back to their period abroad and by trying to illustrate the reality and the evolution of the programme since its creation. Former participants in any of the sectors of the Erasmus+ Programme, who are interested in taking part in the competition, are invited to choose and upload by January 13th, one specific photo accompanied by a short text, to describe their experience and the impact that the programme has had on their lives. Participants of the Erasmus+ predecessor programmes (Comenius, Leonardo Da Vinci, Grundtvig, Youth in Action etc.) are also welcome to participate, so to help us telling a long story since 1987!
The selected pictures and descriptions will then be compiled and displayed in the Hall of the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) on 28-29 January 2020.
