The European Commission has held the first focus group meeting under the Education for Climate Coalition. The Coalition is a flagship initiative of the European Education Area, which aims to support a fair, green and digital societal transition for all. This meeting is part of an ambitious endeavour  creating a pan-European education and training climate movement mobilising students, teachers, researchers and their schools and universities.

The Education for Climate Coalition will strengthen the European Climate Pact.  According to the Commission, the Coalition can positively feed into the New European Bauhaus initiative, linking education, science and technology, and design.

30 official partners are already participating in the New European Bauhaus initiative from across the EU.  There is still an opportunity to take part see More info on how you can get involved.
