The academic, cultural, social and personal benefits of participating in an Erasmus study period are enormous. Students taking part in Erasmus+ study mobility will have the option to study abroad in Europe at another higher education institution for a period of 2 to 12 months. Where you can study abroad is entirely dependent on the partners that your institution currently has.

Are you eligible?

In the case of mobility for studies, students must be enrolled at least in the second year of higher education studies. For traineeships, this condition does not apply. Recent higher education graduates may participate in a traineeship. Recent graduates must be selected by their HEI during their last year of study and must carry out and complete their traineeship abroad within one year of obtaining their graduation. An Erasmus+ student applicant should be studying for a degree (up to and including the level of Doctorate) at a higher education institution (from upper end of Level 7 to Level 10 on National Qualifications frame work) that holds and Erasmus Charter for Higher Education.
