ESC Partnerships

The European Student Card Initiative (ESCI) team have launched a call for expressions of interest for European Student Card (ESC) partnerships. Public and private organisations that provide services to students in areas such as transportation, accommodation, culture, libraries, and information and learning, are invited to apply. The goal is to enrich the experience of mobile students across Europe, using the ESC as proof of student status.

Eligible candidates include organisations that:

  • Offer services in areas such as Transportation, Hospitality & Accommodation, Culture & Entertainment, or Libraries, Information & Learning

  • Operate in at least one EU/EEA Member State or third country associated to the Erasmus+ programme

  • Align with EU values of inclusion, non-discrimination, equal access to opportunities, and sustainability

  • Are open to offering a benefit at no extra cost to ESC holders (students)

Organisations providing services or products that may negatively impact students’ well-being and health (e.g., tobacco, alcohol, gambling, etc.) are not eligible.

Key information

  • Service providers can submit their expression of interest here

  • Deadline to apply: Friday 12 September 2025, 23:59 CEST

EWP

Help shape the next phase of Erasmus Without Paper (EWP) by taking part in the survey below to ensure that the EWP initiative meets the needs of higher education institutions across Europe. It takes no more than 15 minutes and the feedback collected will directly inform the next stages of development and support. By sharing your experience, you’ll contribute to developing a more user-friendly, efficient and responsive digital Erasmus+ ecosystem.

Take the survey

ESNsurvey XVI

ESNsurvey has been researching different aspects of student mobility since 2005 in collaboration with 46 countries of the Erasmus Student Network. They would like your support in the dissemination of this year’s edition among your students.

The findings obtained are beneficial for their work and also to you as a HEI. A report will be published (previous edition here) and used to present recommendations to all stakeholders involved in student mobility. There are three main target groups:

  • Exchange students who have participated in any kind of exchange programme

  • Degree-seeking international students who have started their degree programmes since August 2023, including recent graduates

  • Non-mobile students who are currently enrolled in higher education

ESN Ireland would be grateful if you could circulate the below via email:

Dear student,

The Erasmus Student Network (ESN) has recently launched the latest edition of the ESNsurvey, the largest student-led survey focusing on student exchanges and the internationalisation of higher education from the student perspective.

You can find it here: https://esnsurvey.org/

ESN is researching how to improve student mobility programmes and needs your help. The survey is open to students who have been on an exchange, international students who are pursuing degrees abroad (including at our institution), and students who have not been on an exchange. It will only take you around 20 minutes and is completely anonymous.

By completing the survey, you can win a stay at Meininger Hotelsa Ryanair voucher, or an Interrail Global Pass!

If you have any questions, you can contact ESN at surveyteam@esn.org. Thanks for your help and have a great day!
